StaffLinQ is a scheduling app designed for employees of all types of companies. Employers link the app through Rosnet's PowerCenter scheduling system. From there, they can create schedules for individual employees at the touch of a button. Employees can see their upcoming schedules and make requests for changes within the app. The employer is then able to approve or reject these requests within minutes, and updates occur in real time.

To get started, an employer registers individual employees into the StaffLinQ system. Employees then create their own login credentials to access the Android App. Users are first presented with their current and upcoming schedule information. In the app, it's possible to request changes to the schedule or send messages to the employer. An employer can respond wherever they're located, and employees see these responses immediately.

A web portal is included separate from the app. When StaffLinQ works properly, the app is a powerful resource for employers and employees alike. Unfortunately, recent updates seem to have hindered the app's usefulness. Users report issues with calendar syncing, and strange bugs seem to display inaccurate schedules as well. The latest design refresh has made the app confusing to navigate according to long-time users as well.

In the end, StaffLinQ works well as a scheduling app for Android smartphones. The app is powered by a company with plenty of experience in workforce management. It appears as though a once excellent app has fallen back a few paces, though. At this point, StaffLinQ is an adequate app that many employers make mandatory for employees to use. Since employees don't have many options here, they'll have to use StaffLinQ either way.
